1.    Main information about functions not contained in 1C: ERP World Edition solution

Solution 1C: ERP World Edition is fully based on the standard “1C: ERP” solution.

However, because “1C: ERP World Edition” is an international system, some options have been excluded from its features, namely:

●     The internal system that is responsible for regulated accounting in 1C ERP is interconnected with RAS reports, accounting reports and tax reports that are compatible with the Russian Federation law. However, in the interface of the 1C: ERP World Edition program, there is still the accounting optiion, but it will be done either according to some local-national solutions or according to IFRS;

●     Internal system for HR accounting and payroll calculation. For these purposes, “1C: ERP World Edition” uses various products that have been localized;

●     Оther functions and information that can only be used in the Russian Federation;

●     Internal system and libraries that can only be used in the Russian Federation;

●     Оther functions or old versions of 1C: ERP, for example, fixed assets and intangible assets accounting from version 2.2;

●     Local functions for the Russian Federation, among which, invoices, FA-6 and others.

2.    Interface functions of 1C: ERP World Edition

Among the solution functions of 1C: ERP World Edition that are reflected and customized on its interface are the following units:

●     Production management unit. It shows how the production process is running and analyzes all stages of production. It provides for automatic and systematic update of time-to-market;

●     A unit for analyzing the company's performance and monitoring various parameters. With its help, managers can set the required goals and create a hierarchy;

●     Unit for warehouse management. This unit is used for control over loading and unloading processes, acceptance of goods , warehouse shipment, assembly management and so on;

●     IFRS Unit. The IFRS unit provides the ability to create reports by IFRS rules, including charts of accounts, various types of postings, and templates for financial statements;

●     Equipment maintenance and repair unit. Responsible for regulation and customization of repair works, production capacities accounting, and cost calculation for the use of the 1C objects;

●     Unit for costs and internal value. In this unit, it is possible to do product valuation, allocate work and enter the cost of services. This makes it easy to keep separate accounting records;

●     Unit on budgeting in 1C ERP. Here it is possible to post planned budgets, create income forecasts, analyze company goals and production objectives;

●     Treasury Unit. The treasury unit contains the payment calendar, accounts for various monetary obligations, and compares internal calculations;

●     Marketing and CRM unit. Here 1C user can perform various business processes on sales, communicate with clients, evaluate managers, use BGG matrices and ABC/XYZ analysis;

●     Supply chain unit. Responsible for managing warehouses and supplies, creating purchasing plans, and monitoring prices from different suppliers;

●     Unit for 1C sales management. In this unit, it is possible to manage complex types of sales, make regulations for sales, assign sales representatives, and create sales analysis using the “sales pipeline”.

3.    Visual component of 1C: ERP World Edition interface

The 1C: ERP World Edition solution interface is multi-lingual and presented in four languages:

1.    English;

2.    Italian;

3.    Polish;

4.    Russian.
