Description
ZN Vostok LLC develops hydrocarbon deposits, produces and sells oil and gas in different countries. The Company also performs foreign economic and production functions in terms of goods and services export, equipment and materials import.
The Company's activities consist of operating commercial objects of fixed assets, implementing capital construction projects of ground manufacturing and administrative-household infrastructure, repairing existing wells and drilling new wells, managing current and project activities.
It required a comprehensive accounting and management system, which included systematization and centralization of business process management for effective company management, prompt receipt of information for management decisions. After consultation with the specialists of Koderline Soft LLC, which is an official partner of 1C company, it was decided to purchase and implement the “1C: Perform 8” software product.
After implementation of the software product it was decided to maintain the information system. In the course of operation the number of workplaces was increased to 500.
Within the framework of the concluded Contract, Koderline Soft specialists performed the following tasks:

2. Analysis and processing of the received information for information system modification
3. Finalization of the information system current documents based on the received information
4. Development of new documents, additional reports, additional print forms
5. Update on translation of exchange rate differences in accordance with changes in legislation
6. Сcustomization of currency rates loading from external sources
7. Сcustomization of new document approval routes, including newly created documents
8. Development of the “Purchasing activities” unit in accordance with the legislation
9. Development of the “Limit Control” mechanism
10. Interface translation into English
11. Integration with 1C:ERR

Successful automation on the basis of this software product and its modification allowed to solve the following issues: Increased transparency of management and operational accounting; Increased transparency and efficiency of generation and obtainment of reporting data for management decision-making.
