ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

ZAO Axel Springer Russia was founded in 2003 and is the Russian business division of the German publishing concern Axel Springer SE (one of the largest in Germany and Europe). The main activity is publishing magazines of different directions in the Russian language, which are oriented to the interests and preferences of the Russian reader (Forbes, GEO, Gala Biography, OK!).

Since the business division engages outside authors, the work is carried out according to contracts. In a year about 45 thousand different documents from both authors and members of various companies and advertising businesses go through the managers. Thus, an important aspect is systematization, storage of original and electronic versions of documents, and all contiguous data on correspondents, contractors with possible unscrambling and analysis of data.

The main task of implementation is to automate the contract accounting (contracting as such) in the Russian office of the company in Moscow. After consultations and discussion of program features, we settled on the 1C:Document Management 8 CORP product as the most successful variant of a single place to store information, process documents, and build business process management, as it does not require serious customizations for each contractor. To solve the task and meet the needs of the customer, we have done a lot of work to prepare a questionnaire of basic requirements, where we fixed all the mentioned issues and, a description of the data structure. After that, we developed regulations for master data, made recommendations for maintaining master data, carried out work on designing access rights, and developed an access profile based on the positions held by employees of the company.

The customer was provided with: a brief description of the processes being automated, and the client's requirements for the program customization were gathered, after that the description/options for solving the issues were proposed, as well as the risks and rules for customizations of the 1C:Document Management standard configuration or updating were highlighted, since the customer assumes to update the product to new versions in the future. Created an exchange plan with their internal configuration, which is not a 1C line product. Performed presentations, consultations, and basic instructions to train users on how to use the system.

Training was also provided on how to make changes directly to the settings. Automated contract accounting, customized system by the questionnaire, filled in master data, primary bases, and documentation as a result of the project in ZAO Axel Springer Russia.
