The specialists performed automation based on 1C:Accounting 8 PROF. We needed to keep not only warehouse accounting but also financial accounting. A huge number of costumes and props are entered into the system every day and whenever it is necessary to restock these inventories. Market prices are shifting, it is necessary to take this into account.
The specialists of Koderline LLC were puzzled by the question - is it possible to combine the warehouse and its financial component? And they helped us with this question! There are several warehouses on the company's territory with different details. All of them are entered into the system by their names. Koderline specialists have made additional settings and now the price is indicated opposite each item. That is, we can see the “cost” of each warehouse, which provides for more accurate and error-free reporting.
Additional customizations on trade operations have also been made. Now in the “Trade Operations” block, there are units - “musicals” and “ goods”. We also sell microphones, acoustic elements, vinyl players, etc. and it is now possible to generate a report on individual categories, which is very convenient and provides a clearer financial analysis.
