We turned to Koderline LLC because their proposals for implementing the project suited us perfectly: both financially and technically. The specialists of the 1C franchisee company work well with methods of network trade and know modern techniques of implementing bonus programs. The initial stage to automate and launch the bonus program was the preparation of equipment and software:
● Cash registers have been moved from offline to online mode using mobile internet.
● The functionality of the system was refined under the bonus program of cashback accumulation.
● Magnetic stripe readers were installed in stores and at cash registers.
After making sure the technical tools and data synchronization worked, we moved on to system modification and process automation:
● Koderline programmers have created a unit for recording customers into the database by mobile phone number, with the linkage of a magnetic card, which is given on sign up.
● Bonuses are accumulated as a percentage of the purchase amount, cashback is accrued in rubles, not in notional units.
● Automated the determination of the amount of money accumulated for debiting when the company magnetic card is read at the cash register at the moment of payment.
● Customers can pay part of the price in cash and part using bonus points available on their personal account, but not more than 50% of the amount.
● We use the available mobile numbers in our database to send out sms-advertising: we send special offers, offer one-time promotions, and hold prize drawings.

Why we need automation
Our customers are more car users and less motorcycle owners. Therefore, this is the basis for purchasing products from vendors, although we do not bear the costs even in the case that the goods remain unsold, because fuel and automobile chemical goods do not spoil, and therefore there are no write-offs of overdue.
However, it is always necessary to motivate customers, because competition in the fuel business is high and everyone wants to interest customers with their own advantages. Such advantages include: better service, free coffee, bonus points, discounts.
We value every customer and want to show that we appreciate their choice in favor of our gas stations, so we decided to launch a bonus program under the following conditions:
● Any customer can be a participant regardless of the amount spent.
● The bonus points can be spent at any of our stores, but not more than half of the total purchase amount.
